When the bot informs us of a Commander requiring assistance, claim the rescue in #⛑⌇𓆩rescue⭒ops𓆪. Clicking the claim button, a private tread will be made for the rescue and you both will be pinged.
Dispatcher: Please exit supercruise and come to a full stop. Once you have accomplished this, please inform us of your current emergency; for instance: Low Fuel, Low Hull, Out of Fuel or Canopy Breach!
Once the client has informed us of his predicament, the communication differs slightly depending on the situation.
Dispatcher: Proceed to disable all Modules excluding Life Support to preserve fuel until we can reach you. Once you have accomplished this, inform us of your current location (closest body, how far from said body).
>Cmdr. John Doe: I have disabled all modules besides Life Support and am currently in Col 285 Sector EN-Y b15-4, right next to the Star.
Any active Responder can at this point already head towards the client's system.
Dispatcher: Cmdr "Active Responder" will send you a Friend Request shortly as well as a Wing Invite, please proceed to accept these.
Once you have accomplished this, proceed to activate your Wing Beacon on the right panel under Ship - Functions - Beacon and set it to Wing. All further communication from this point on will be handled in your Wing Chat.
Cmdr "Active Responder" takes over from this point, in game through wing chat.

Low Hull is the least emergent since you cannot reduce the risk any further; just have them drop out of supercruise and come to a full stop. If they aren't near a CZ or any active fighting, they don't run the risk of taking further damage.

These are rescues where time is our greatest enemy. Every time Dispatch explains further steps, they should be logged out of the game (in the Menus) until they are certain they have understood the next task. This should allow us to reach them before Oxygen runs out.
This example starts with them already on the menus.
Dispatcher: In order for us to reach you before your Oxygen Timer runs out, follow these steps exactly and only log back into the game once you have understood your next task. If you are at any point unsure of what to do, ask!
The first thing we need is your current location: system, the closest body to you, and the distance from that body. Log out immediately once you have messaged us this information.
Cmdr. John Doe: Understood.
Cmdr. John Doe: I am currently in Col 285 Sector EN-Y b15-4, right next to the Star.
Any active Responder can at this point already head towards the client's system; also, head straight to their location if applicable.
Dispatcher: Please give Cmdr "Active Responder" some time to reach your system. In the meantime, open the Social menu from the main menu and add Cmdr "Active Responder" as a friend. Simply enter his name in the search bar, click on his name, and add him as a friend.
Cmdr. John Doe: Done.
Cmdr "Active Responder" should notify Dispatch once they have reached the client's location, so further steps can be communicated.
Dispatcher: Cmdr "Active Responder" has reached your system. Please proceed back into the game. Once in the game, activate your Wing Beacon on the right panel under Ship - Functions - Beacon and set it to Wing. All further communication from this point on will be handled in your Wing Chat.
Important side note: If Cmdr. "John Doe" is not in the correct system, immediately inform Dispatcher so they can log the client out again!
Lastly, Dispatcher and Cmdr "Active Responder" can be the same person.
